Salon Policies

Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment, this information is held in the strictest confidence. We hope you understand the need for these policies, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.

Late Cancel/ No Show Policy

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

  • Late cancels (less than 24hrs) will be charged a fee of £20.00
  • No Shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Late Arrivals

In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly.

Online Bookings 

Online bookings require a £20 deposit that will come off your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable if appointments are cancelled less than 24hrs prior to the service.

While we do understand that things can crop up, we hope you understand the need for these policies to ensure the smooth running of our salon. Of course we will always use discretion under some circumstances.
